Ordering Artwork

ORDERING PRINTS AND ORIGINALS
When you find a piece on the website that you would like to own, the first step is to decide on whether you would like the original or the print.
All pieces are described on the 'Original Artworks' page of the website. Please note, not all originals are available as prints. (See descriptions).
Many of my clients prefer a personal touch, so the process for choosing your art, and receiving a more personalised service, is set out below.
Where prints are available, please contact me via email HERE for sizes and pricing; prints start at only £16.99. Limited Edition Prints (numbered 1-50, complete with Certificate of Authenticity, plus artist signature) are premium museum quality Giclée prints with double hinge mounts. Standard prints are available unsigned, and unmounted.
The prints are unframed, however, they are mounted (where stated), and ready to be framed.
The Original canvas or board paintings are listed as 'Framed' and 'Unframed'. If a painting is listed as unframed and you wish to have it framed, please ask and I can have this arranged for you at cost.
Once you have decided on Print, Limited Edition Print or Original, you may have questions such as size, frame materials etc. This is where things become personal, and my aim is to offer you a personal, high quality service.
So, now it's time to speak.
Art is emotional, personal, and so much more than a simple commodity. Your decision to invest in a piece of art that I have created, be it Original artwork, Limited Edition Print or standard print, is one I respect. If possible, I believe it important to establish a relationship with the collectors of my work, even if it only extends to a chat on the phone. It helps to answer your questions, to clarify details such as sizes, frame colours and ensure that you not only receive the piece of art, but a quality, caring service to go with it.
That's why there aren't any 'Buy Now' buttons on this website.
When you are ready to proceed to finding out more, or making your purchase, in the first instance please email me, indicating the painting you are interested in, and enclosing your contact details including name and address as well as a number with a convenient time to call you back (evening or daytime): EMAIL ME
Once I receive your contact details, I will contact you to discuss your requirements, or answer any questions you may have. Should this prove satisfactory, I will be happy to arrange payment and shipping for you, or indeed, an appointment to collect, and view your piece in person should you prefer.
PLEASE NOTE. You are protected my my Cast Iron Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee gives you seven days from receipt of your purchase to evaluate it in your chosen environment. If you wish to return it, you can do so in that seven day period, in its original packaging, and condition, and you will receive a full refund, less shipping, within three working days, from receipt of your returned item.
Why a Cast Iron Money Back Guarantee?
While every effort is made to represent each piece on the website as accurately as possible, it is impossible to fully represent the textures of the paint and the way each painting may appear in different lights, and on different hanging backgrounds. That is why you have a money back guarantee, to give you peace of mind that you will have an opportunity to satisfactorily evaluate the piece in-situ and if you are not completely satisfied, you will receive your investment back as stated above.
I look forward to hearing from you.
